Q - How much does a Warrington house clearance cost?

Q - How long does it take to clear a property?

A - Again there's a few factors involved here mainly the volume to be cleared. Most of our clearances are completed in one day but we also take on some very challenging clearances with huge volumes that have been hoarded and these can take two to three days.

Q - What happens to stuff from a house clearance?

A - We work with charities and local groups to ensure anything that can be re used is  found a new home. Anything that isn't useable is recycled at a trade recycling centre and we issue you with the relevant Environment Agency electronic document.

Q - Do you clear the whole property?

A - Yes, we clear everything including the house, garage, sheds, loft and the garden. We can even take up the carpets and have those recycled.

Q - Do I need to be at the property while you clear it?

A - No it's not necessary at all, we can call you when it's finished or e.mail you some photos of the finished job.

Q - Can I instruct a solicitor or estate agent to organise my clearance?

A - Absolutely, we work with a lot of solicitors and estate agents in the area. We can collect keys from them and we send a full VAT invoice to them once the work has been carried out.

Q - Will you retain items for me?

A - Yes we will, we often get asked to look for specific items such as photographs and documents and keep them for our customers.
